Toshiba dispatches Technical Advisers each year at site.
Technical Advisers perform the followings;
(1)
Inspection and Diagnoses of Steam Turbine, Generator, Instrumentation and Piping during Operation
(2)
Toshiba submits inspection and diagnoses report which may include recommendation on repair and replacement.
