Open upper casing. Remove rotor. Remove lower nozzle diaphragm, nozzle box and inner casing |
Disassemble each part of equipment and inspect completely. |
Remove channel cover and inspect for tube leak etc. |
Open upper casing. Remove rotor and inspect completely. |
Remove generator rotor and inspect completely |

Semi-complete Inspection |

Open upper casing only. Hold rotor in lower casing. |

Disassemble both outer end shields (upper half), do not remove rotor, and inspect. |

Simple Inspection |
|
Do not open upper casing. Overhaul steam valves only. |
Remove cover or man / hand hole and inspect |

Disassemble bearing caps only and inspect bearing. |
