Training program

Our company's asset is the people. Thus, our motto is "We value our employees". We develop various training program so that each employee can enhance their career.

External Training Program

  1. IT General Knowledge and Human Skill Training
    • For essential IT skill and basic knowledge acquisition, as well as human skill improvement, each consultant may take various external training, sponsored by our company.
    • Either the individual employee proposes to his/her manager to take a training, and then the manager gives approval; or the manager recommend him/her to take the training.

      • Toshiba Human Resources Development Corporation / Shiba Daimon Juku
      • Fujitsu Learning Media
      • NEC Management Partner
      • E-PROJECT and so on.
  2. Oracle Product Training
    • For the sake of Oracle EBS as well as Oracle Cloud product skill acquisition, our company have an agreement with Oracle to use Oracle on Demand Training Service (Unlimited Learning Subscription). Recently, Cloud Product skill is also included, thus training and certification exam are sponsored by our company.
  3. Training by positions
    • Our consultants are categorized into six levels of positions, and we carry out basic training as a business person required for each position.
    • We use the promotion training program mainly for the Toshiba Group and encourage three to four days of training at the time of promotion.

Internal Company Training Program

  1. All employees training
    • We conduct group training for all employees in semiannual basis.
    • In the first half of the fiscal year, we hold company business plan meeting and training session by an external instructor with different topics such as the latest developments IT, etc.
    • In the second half of the fiscal year, workshop style training is conducted. Every year, theme is decided, employees are divided into teams, and then they have to make presentation.
    • After training, social gathering is held, it allows employees to build strong bonds. All employees training
  2. New Hire Training
    • We provide training for new hires.
    • In addition to training about company organization, company business, and work content, we also conduct consultant basic skill training through internal company resources, Oracle product training, etc.
    • Furthermore, based on each individual career goals, employee can take 2-3 more trainings, sponsored by our company.
    • In consultant basic skill training, we use materials from Accenture internal training, which is one of our company shareholders.

  3. Training by Consulting type
    • We offer specialized training by consulting type, as our consulting areas are diverse.
    • The in-house experts in each area serve as instructors, especially supporting upstream skill development.

  4. Knowledge-sharing Session
    • To utilize company's knowledge asset, we hold internal sharing session.
    • Seniors share their view regarding to consulting and also report their project. This session is held once or twice a month after office hours, usually between 1-1.5 hour.
    • For members who are very busy on their project, we provide a web conference call, so that they can join the session easily.

Qualification Acquisition Support Program

  • In our company, we emphasize field-skill that gained through practice. At the same time, we also support our consultants to acquire certifications that will be evaluated objectively.
  • By defining certification recommended for each consulting type, each employee career goal can be arranged.

CDP (Career Development Program)

  • A follow up system to enhance each employee's career development.
  • At the end of each fiscal year, all employees state their own strength and weakness, acquisition skill, practical work contents (job assignment), off-JT, etc. Also, by interviewing their superior, their performance are reviewed and their plan for the following fiscal year is confirmed.
  • By doing review every year, steady step-up toward career goals can be achieved.
