Meet our new hire

Hi, my name is Rosalia and I am from Indonesia.

I just joined EBSS in October 2018. Before joining this company, I took MBA Program for two years in International University of Japan in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. From the recruitment process until now, I received a lot of supports from the company.

When I officially join the company, they helped me during my visa application process, move-in procedure, insurance and pension system application process, etc. When I have to do the move-in procedure in city office, someone from the company went together with me to the city office and made the whole process much easier.

I feel like this company always make sure that I can settle down in Tokyo smoothly.

My first impression after entering the company is that EBSS gives a lot of flexibility to the employees. We have flexi time, so we can start and end our daily work based on our working style, as long as it follows the "core time" policy.

The relationships between juniors and seniors, even boss and subordinates are pretty close. Most importantly, we are encouraged to express our own opinions and ideas, regardless the position.

As consultant, we have to manage our own time and project, and we can make decision quickly.

EBSS Consultants are assigned to global and domestic projects with various counterparties, and going to overseas business trip when it's necessary.

In EBSS, we have a lot of opportunities to learn, because every project is different and we have to work with many different people with different background. In my case, as soon as I entered the company, I was assigned to a project that involved India, Singapore, and Indonesia counterparties.

Of course, as a foreigner working in a Japanese company in Japan, I still need to adapt to the new environment, as well as to learn Japanese language and Japanese culture, but in EBSS, everyone is very supportive, and they make my adjusting process easier.
