Business Improvement Workshop『Problem Identification Training』

We held a business improvement Workshop "Problem-Identification Training", delivered by our Business Improvement Consultant, Takuya Oka, in Shibaura Square Building.

In this training, a lecture covered from business consulting technique such as

• MPU (Method / Performance / Utilization)
• ECRS (Eliminate / Combine / Rearrangement / Simplify)

, etc to our sales and our IT eingineers about "a problem identification" which is the first step in business improvement consulting.

Group work was carried out with a familiar location as the theme. Apart from the daily activities, 43 members of our company participated. They performed an exercise of problem identification by utilizing business consultant techniques.

They will try to improve their current business process, and our proposal activities to our clients.
