Go forward the same direction as the client and think about the future together
After graduating from a Japanese university, I was worried about whether or not to return to my home county. Fortunately, I had been able to come to Japan and wanted to know more about Japan, so I entered the IT industry as an SE.
I have grown up as an IT consultant who supports the implementation of ERP, SCM, and CRM systems of various sizes, and I continue this carrier to today.
Since I can speak multiple languages, I often participates in overseas projects as well as in Japanese projects. As a bridge between project members, I fill the gaps between culture, language, and industry, and makes the entire project smoother. I often showed my strength as a slightly different PMO.
In addition, I have been involved in a wide range of business, and I have gradually become able to see things from a more holistic and bird's-eye view.
My mission is to manage the project from the client's point of view, identify problems early, promote solutions, and evaluate the project appropriately.
My ideal job style is to be close to the client, grow together, and build a win-win relationship
What I always keep in mind is to "Grow with clients and build win-win relationships."
The job of an IT consultant is to clarify and achieve goals with clients within a limited period of time. The leading actor is the client. We should stay as close as possible to find the "optimal solution" for our customers.
Even when implementing similar systems in the same industry, the actual situation of the project varies. The fact that the project members are different each time is one of the major reasons for the difference.
In addition, each company seems to have similar issues, but in many cases those cannot be solved by a simple way. Therefore, it is necessary to be close to the client and take the position of the client to understand the essence of the issues. On the other hands, I provide clients with different awareness from an objective standpoint, try and error together, find a "solution" together, and implement the best plan.
Through each process of these project activities, I try to grow together and build a win-win relationship.
Support not only the implementation of IT systems but also the project management
IT system implementation support starts with understanding the current situation of the client, grasps and clarifies problems and issues, then seeks and plans solutions by IT, and supports the execution of system development of solutions.
Next, there is a management process that enters the system development stage, manages the progress of the project so that it proceeds smoothly, and confirms the client's intentions and system performance.
I will support END to END from initial planning to implementation / confirmation / follow-up after implementation.
