Supporting mainly project management, and also system implementation as an ERP consultant.

After graduating from university, I had some experiences mainly as an SE at a software development company.

At that time, on the project that I engaged as an accounting functional consultant for the implementation of ERP, I wanted to listen to the voice of the customer more closely and do work that can respond to the customer's issues and requests. And Seeing EBSS employees actively working on the project, I wanted to put myself in a position where I could play an active role in the same way. So, I changed jobs to EBSS as an ERP implementation consultant.

Currently, in addition to ERP implementation consulting, I am also learning the project management methods established by my seniors of EBSS and supporting the various projects for our customers.

Be a place where everyone can grow

As a consultant, I believe that it is a basic mission to get close to our customers and exceed their expectations.

Sometimes I take a step back and look at projects and requirements and try to quickly solve problems and issues that I don't understand when I'm in the middle of it.

Also, when working as a team, we are thinking about creating a place where all members, including customers, can make results and grow.

In the past, seniors and colleagues who were in the same team for projects had high skills, and I had to grow myself. They answered even the small questions, and I think I was able to grow.

The growth of individual will lead to the growth of those around them and the completion of the project, so one of the things I try to do is to create an atmosphere of a "place to grow."

Supporting projects in terms of both system implementation and project management

We will design the valuable system for the customer and provide project management to ensure the completion of the project.

A member of EBSS has both "introduction skills" and "project management skills" necessary for system implementation. By integrating these two skills, it becomes possible to respond to various customer requests in terms of both solving problems and concerns regarding system implementation and executing projects.

In addition, I would like to create an atmosphere in which everyone is aiming for the same direction together with the customer, so that the project can be completed with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.
