Consulting based on a wide range of experiences

After graduating from university, I gained experience as a system engineer, from programming to detailed design, basic design, and requirement definition, from downstream to upstream. I changed jobs to EBSS because I wanted to gain more upstream experience that I could not get at my previous job.

Basically, I am in charge of function consulting for the implementation of Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud, but recently I have been in charge of scratch development projects, data management-related projects, and SAP implementation.

I provide consulting based on a wide range of experience that is not limited to Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud.

Do not draw lines but take a broad range of support

At the larger project, the more likely it is that tasks will fall into the gap between each team or member. To give a specific example, invoice layouts tend to fall into the gap between the sales area and the accounting area, and cooperation from both areas (both teams) is required both in terms of business and systems. And it is easy to fall into the gap between each area and the accounting area when it comes to accounting entries, and the reality is that it is often unclear who decides what and to what extent.

One of the bad impressions that the public has about consultants is that they do not pick up tasks that fall into the gaps mentioned above, they draw the line between tasks too strictly, and they do not care about tasks in other areas. I think many people feel that there is a lack of communication even among employees of the same consulting company.

For this reason, when I work, I try to act as if all tasks that fall into the gaps around my team are my tasks. By practicing this method, the trust of other team members will increase, and communication with other teams will become smoother, creating a virtuous cycle.

I also think that this can be said for EBSS as a whole, and I believe that many of our consultants have high communication skills among themselves and a wide range of tasks.

In addition to introducing the optimized system, we provide stability and peace of mind

When introducing ERP and systems, we develop and introduce the system that is optimal for our customers' business processes, which of course reduces operational costs and optimizes business processes, improving productivity, but we also provide stability and peace of mind. As mentioned above, we believe that by utilizing our strong communication skills and wide range of capabilities that allow us to complete any task, our stable capabilities will lead to peace of mind for our customers.
