Dealing with the wide-ranged works developing the processing points of manufacturing (Micro view), and manufacturing system (Macro view)

In my previous jobs, I had belonged to the development center of Toshiba Group, and engaged in research and development of production technology. For 10 years, I had planned and designed tools, and experimented with something and looked them into the electron microscope. Those were very precious experiences. After that, I engaged in manufacturing line survey on domestic and overseas, and I also experienced a development of the system to gather data from the devices as currently called “IoT”.

An interesting point in my career is that I have been a judge of the technology contest of Toshiba group. And during engaging in a development and an improvement, training of production lines by using “IE (Industrial Engineering)”, the business area was covered from a semiconductor to a heavy industry.

After joining EBSS, my role is technology consulting of IT solution and a business development, and currently I am belonging to an IoT project of manufacturing company.

Valuing the basic of work

It is very important for me of basic of work such as greeting and cheerful communication, and to use methodology which is known commonly like QC 7 tools (QC: Quality Control) as a standard method. It is very obvious, but I feel that in many cases it’s not done appropriately.

When developing a production line at China and Thailand, I had an arguing with woman line leaders, and there was no hesitation between us because we had a trust relationship with them that we can always laugh at each other. Now Even though I am working a part of Digital Transformation, those experience is a core of current my basic of work.

As EBSS, creating value that can be provided from a user view of manufacturing company

I am like this, and working at EBSS IT consulting company and joining a client’s IT department project. Those who know me in the old days will be surprised.

Now I like to share my business knowledge about manufacturing to young EBSS member mainly having IT experience. If we have a time, we can go to a factory tour with my explanation. I would like to create a value of not only IT company but also characteristic company with my little effort.

I have been also learning various of knowledge as a Registered Management Consultant. I would like to think about various companies and solutions together and collaborate.
