1. Preparation of templates that consider development in multiple locations across the globe
Global businesses constantly face the difficulty of having to gather information and provide shared operations, while keeping in mind the culture, legal systems, and business customs specific to each region, each country, and each office around the world.
To support multiple cultures, legal systems, and business customs when developing in many locations, information about each country must be collected locally prior to designing a work process. It is important to prepare templates for systems (standard setup, common add-ons, process flow, code rules, et cetera), while being conscience of the scalability based on that work process.
