Issues
- The client's information system lacked personnel to advance IT installation.
Solutions
- Using our experiences gained from installing core systems in our global locations, we used global templates to propose mid-term plans for new installations and updates. After that, we supported the installation at each location as a global PMO.
Outcome
- Product performance, stock on hand, manufacturing costs, et cetera were collected daily, and it was possible to use this information for management decisions.
- On the IT side, we curbed costs for new installations and upgrades to new versions.
